SHAMS AR RIYADH - RIYADH KSA (COMPETITION)

Development of several plots within Shams Al Riyadh masterplan allocated in northwestern region of Riyadh. The site is accessible from the main Salboukh Road, approximately 1.5 km distance from King Salman Road, including (Residential, Mixed use & Commercial Buildings).
The project contains 59 residential villa plots, 1 residential plot, 14 mixed use plots and 16 commercial plots.
Most of the plots are developed with all the necessary infrastructure which will be provided by the Master Developer .
Designs shall be as per the local authorities’ Requirements and in line with WADI Hanifa Code.
